Children, Youth and Family Ministry

It is the mission of the Youth of Trinity to grow in faith toward God, commitment to the church and love for Jesus Christ, each other and ourselves. Our mission is to provide a balanced youth ministry and facilitate programs in the areas of worship, learning, service, social, witness and developing. Trinity's Youth Ministry provides opportunities for all youth in grades 4-12 and is split into three groups: Preteen Group, Jr. High Group and Sr. High Group.

Social Ministry

Social Ministry reaches out with the love of Christ to those with social, economic, or spiritual needs in our congregation, community, synod and around the world.  We accomplish this with the following ministries:  Blanket The World With Love, card Ministry, Christmas Baskets, CROP Walk, Disaster Response, ELCA World Hunger Appeal, Greater Latrobe Foodbank, Health Ministry, Parish Assistance, PPI - Trinity Latrobe Counseling Center, Red Cross Blood Drive, Souper Bowl Sunday, Sheperd Shop, Simeanna Visitors, S.O.S.(Sheperds of Service), Stephen Ministry, Thanksgiving Day Dinner.
